First workout of 2026 - using my new @wahoofitnessofficial indoor bike trainer to log my bike miles on cold, cold days!

And just like that….we’re back in the NYC pool! A 1.2 mile swim so I’m on my way to building base for the full Ironman! (2.4 mile swim)
